Washing clothes in your own unit is not allowed, and neither is hanging them on the balcony railings.
The dorm office
Lower level of Dorm 2. This is where check in happens and where to go with anything about your room. There is no 24 hour desk, so outside these hours use email.

Anything that will not fit in a suitcase comes by boat, so it needs arranging before you travel. Hillside points residents to Hassell Free International for specialised shipping.
